Veronica was born in Melbourne Victoria and attended St Leonards Presbyterean Girls School. At the age of thirteen she moved, with her family, to Adelaide South Australia, where she attended Woodlands Church of England Girls Grammar School and then Metropolitan Business College. She went to work for Prudential Insurance Company as a typist and ended her employment there as secretary to the representatives. In her twenties she settled in Perth Western Australia, worked as a secretary, married, ran small businesses with her former husband and raised two children. Since divorcing she has worked in telemarketing and market research, while studying novel writing, editing and proofreading and writing her first novel Indonesian Betrayal, which has been published by Bookpal. Paperback copies of the book can be obtained from her via this website or as an e-book via many online bookstores. Unfortunately the publisher has gone into liquidation so no royalties will go to Veronica. A further novel, The Life and Death of Lily, has been printed and can be obtained via this website as a paperback. The E-book will soon be available on Amazon and other online bookstores. Veronica is a Freelance Journalist, qualified Editor and Proofreader. She is the mother of Perth fashion designer Elena Serra www.elenaserra.com and the mother-in-law of well-known Perth chef Jason Jujnovich former owner of Divido in Mt Hawthorn Western Australia, and now is serving Back to the Balkans food at some of Perth's Hawkers Markets. Veronica is also a former member of the Army Reserve and is now an active member of her local RSL, a Legatee, member of the WRAAC Association in Western Australia, affiliate member of the Rats Of Tobruk in Melbourne Victoria, a member of Clan Hope of Craighall, also a member of the Australian Society of Authors and Fellowship of Australian Writers Western Australia.
